While the presentation was nothing to write to mum about, the coffee was acceptably smooth.
Getting a good coffee here in Bali is a bit like walking through a mine field, no offense to the pioneers on the infamous Kopi Luwak (Jungle Cat Poop Coffee).
You'll be walking along, "laa la la" order a late, then BAM! There you are dry reaching in the gutter next to a haggard old homeless dude.
POWDERED MILK, POWDERED MILK! Who are these people? I understand that variety exists among contrasting cultures some I love and cherish (eg. sushi) others I just cant tollerate such as a double shot latte made on powdered milk.
I guess what I'm trying to say is be careful where ye tread in this beautiful land, because when it comes to the JOE in Bali, what may look like the yellow brick road might just be the road of bones.
